Remove Iowa 409 in Garner, Hancock County as follows:

Beginning on State Street at the north line of Sixth Street; thence northerly on State Street to US 18.

NOW THEREFORE: Be it resolved that the Iowa State Highway Commission approve the removal of Iowa 409 from the Primary Road System.

NOTE: To become effective upon adoption of this resolution.
